| ASF-Ag

ASF is a highly contagious viral disease caused by ASFV (dsDNA virus), with up to 100% mortality in pigs. Transmission occurs via direct contact, ticks, or contaminated feed, causing fever, hemorrhagic fever, and multi-organ failure. No vaccine exists; control relies on biosecurity. ASF is not zoonotic but poses severe economic impacts on global swine industries.

| Recovery

The recovery of Pig ASF-Ag spiked at three different levels in samples throughout the range of the assay was evaluated in various matrices.

| Linearity
